What would you do if you made some good friends and they later turn out to have habits u hate the most ? What if they gradualy if not overnight turn out to be the most disgusting people you ever met? Ignore them ?? Or would you live with it?? Try to change them?? Or wait for the right moment and start an argument and settle scores so that you never have to go back?? I have faced such situations many times in my life and am sure will come across it in future as well. I have seen many friends of mine who make fraaands at the speed of The heart of gold. Some of these fraandships last as long as a Christmas time sale in Central Mall and some last as long as a test match between West Indies and Bangladesh at barbados. I have been always been really good at reading people (i don't need to prove it now) but still have had a lot of problems understanding a few close freinds of mine ..
I had a friend RK. He joined my school when i was in my 4th or 5th grade. He was very intelligent and i was jealous instantly coz i was kinda the smartest until then. As time passed by i dumped my ego and we had become good friends by the time we were in our 8th grade.. It just happened that on a few occasions he was trying to show that he knew more than me about sex and gradually with time he was becoming a pervert ( not gayish pervert thankfully) and started acting wierd. Some time in my tenth standard i decided i should really get rid of him. I started to hate him during course of time and hardly spent anytime with him. I somehow managed to avoid him during the last few months of school. We were done with our exams and i got an 80%, topped English and almost topped mathematics and heard that RK scored close to 75% and did not meet him for another 5 years. One day i met him when he had come to write his engg exams in our college which was his exam centre. I really didn't feel like talking to him.... Thank god cell phones were not so cheap at that time, it was difficult to communicate with me.... I later met him after a couple of years at TIME and he asked my phone number. he would call me manytimes on saturdays and ask me if i was free at 10 AM on sunday and would ask me to attend a seminar about which he would not give me details. later i realized he was tryin to get me into one of those pyramid model businesses ... He kept calling me a hundred times but i never answered the call. I decided i was never going to meet him in my life ... and then history repeats itself once in a while ....
During my first job i met a girl who was sweet, intelligent and was attracted to me. I donno what in her makes her so attractive that people just become good friends with her in just 2 - 3 conversations... As usual i did not show much interest in her, but over a period of 2 months we had become good friends .. Now behind every bubbly du(m)bly girl there has to be some sad story / stories and you are bound to listen to them with the assurance that you are the only one who knows it and are not supposed to tell it to anyone.. (Infact more than 15 - 20 people know everything abt her.)Don't lend your hand, these girls will blow their nose on your shirt ... like it were a hand kerchief ... Their problems in life are generally a boy friend who has dumped her 3 years ago after using her as an ATM, a mom who beats her up, sorry, has been beating her up for the last 10 years for no reason and her dad who is in between her and her VISA to go abroad for her masters... Amidst all this she still tends to make 10 friends per month on an average .. and the friendships last for not more than 2 weeks when she feels that among her new friends the guys are tryin to get too close to her and the girls are jealous of her.... What seems odd to me here is how can you hang out for 3 times a week with a person you just met last week ??? I go out with my friends coz i like them, i dont like "going out because i want to make friends." I have met this kind of girls, and as a matter of fact some guys as well at every point of life. I had pledged i will never ever go even a light year close to these people ...

But apart from these people whom you start to hate just the moment you feel you like them .. there is another group of people who are the happiest what ever happens and is the actual reason for me to start wiritng this post ( i just deviated from the topic in the beginning until the end of three paragraphs). It doesn't matter to them if the opposite person does not know jackshit about them, as long as they get the attention or er^&*^n , they will hang out with them .... These people try to attract the fairer sex, pretend like Studs and sneak into their cleavages when no one is watching. They are a category of people who have emerged over the last few years as a result of Social networking sites .. these people connect each other just the way distant relatives at a south indian wedding derive empirical form of the family tree .. Your friend shiela has a friend Munni whose younger brother is Rahul, who has a friend Prem who is my classmate ... And this is enough for both of them to hang out in barista / watch Dabangg together along with another pair of freinds who are equally closely related to each other. And from there after they become fraaands on facebook and like each others photos and 90 % of their comments say lol ( read it, rather pronounce it 'loule') .... And then as long as facebook is alive they remain 'Fraaanndsss Furrr Aaaivarrr.'
** I wrote about the last group of people coz i have off late learned about some specimen who belong to the category explained in the first line of this post ....
